I was dismissed as a patient by the Director when I tried for over a month to get 4 Medical Reports corrected. Errors such as  Incorrect Height, My Employment Status, Missing Medical History, Physical 
Exams NOT Updated to reflect current visit, and WRONG BODY PART listed. PS&F History NOT Updated!  I saw on their website where they did surgery on a woman's elbow, so I hoped they would help with my knee.  Not only did they put the wrong knee down in the report, they said "if you don't have insurance to pay for surgery why do an MRI", so I guess the surgeries are done on a basis of bias? 
Eventually they stopped returning my calls, after lying for weeks about the "progress" to date I don't have the corrected records as it is my right the Code of Federal Regulations to have these records.
