I have been attending this office for many years. My kids and husband also attend. I love being able to get in same day with a nurse practitioner or doctor. Dr. Melloh and her nurse Lindsey do amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Sprained my ankle very badly. With confusing parking lot/new location I had to painfully hobble up THREE flights of stairs. Called the receptionist since I was confused about the location of the office and running just a couple mins late because of my inability to walk OK. She said as long as you're here in the next couple mins you are fine. I was holding back tears from the pain in my ankle when I arrived to the desk, and according to the receptionist I could not be seen by Dr. Carlisle. I understand late policy but the woman at the front desk didn't call or ask him or ANYTHING- simply said he will not see you. Told me to go to medcheck (which is something I cannot afford as a 22 year old with low income job). Then, I saw the same receptionist promptly leaving the building before I could even limp to the stairs, obviously wanting to deny the last patient of the day because she wanted to go home. I was crying and didn't know what to do. I couldn't believe it. Then when I called to reschedule they scheduled me for 7:30AM a couple days later which they weren't even open for?????!!! What? Super disappointed.

I needed a flu shot and they canceled my appointment. I had the flu the next week.

Went to get a regular check-up for work health program. Really the only thing I had to get done was a cotinine test to prove i'm a non-smoker. They couldn't test because their computer systems were down. Unexpected but reasonable. They ordered the test from another clinic. I completed test and was negative. The doctor reported me positive. I had to track down the test and have them resubmit the form. Quite a lot of work for one test.
