I will not go anywhere else! The vet and tech are just so great! They really care about your pet and go out of their way to take care of them. They really love your pet. If they are booked, but your baby isn't feeling well, they will make room and then stay late to do surgery if needed (they have done it for me!).  They also sent me a lovely card when I had to put one of my babies down. The prices are also very hard to beat. They really care...I reccomend them to all of my friends in Columbus!

When I called in to get pricing information they were extremely helpful.  I was inquiring because where I was going to take my new kitty couldn't get us in within the time frame we needed.  CVC was great about working around my schedule.  The prices were not the cheapest but not too expensive either, and the service more than makes up for the little more cost.  They are nice, helpful and best of all you never feel rushed, they answer your questions, and don't push for anything unnecessary to get more money in their pockets.  I am so glad the other place couldn't accommodate and I found CVC... we are clients for life now.

When I called in to ask a question the woman who answered was exceptionally rude from the moment she answered the phone. She didn't even try to have a pleasant attitude and answered with a droned 'Hello, this is the Grove City Veterinary Clinic......" then was blatantly rude when I was asking questions and kept her unprofessional tone throughout the call. 

I am not the type of person who picks on every little detail about someone or my experience with them and I'm sure this specific person was an exception to the otherwise nice staff. I rarely have times in Grove City where I encounter rude people such as this woman and I never go out of my way to comment on this and just brush it off, but if you are answering phones/greeting people at a vet you should not have a bad attitude... it was because of the way she talked that I went somewhere else. 

As I said before, this rude woman was probably an exception and I wouldn't be put off from trying here but they seriously need to evaluate the way their staff talk to their potential customers. (As a side note I asked how much a certain service would be and she answered $100 while every other place in the area answered below $40 and then when I asked why it was so high she became patronizing and said because other services would most likely be necessary the cost would be higher, which was NOT what I was asking.)
