Starting to get extremely upset when I call the bank I shouldn't have to wait on hold then no answer then have to call back 5 more times and STILL NO ANSWER.! then when you go inside they hear the phone ring but does anyone answer.? no.! I mean come on even the managers don't show some respect and answer a phone for someone who waits for a half an hour to get ahold of their bank..it's getting old I'm close to switching to a different bank update.... 11 times so far I have called..still no answer and I have been trying for almost an hour..I want whoever is above this bank and I'm complaining when I do

Great Credit Union. Easy to setup a checking account. Nice people.

Just went through the drive thru! We had the worst teller. She was rude.  Didn't say hello or thank you! Just said, "what did you want"! We just needed to deposit some money!  She said " oh"! Very dissapointed! Tried to call and complain,  can we hold is what we heard.
