Julissa never gave up on us! We were looking to buy a home crazy quickly and on a bugdet. If your looking to buy a new home this is the place for you! They not only helped me buy a home but they also helped my parents soon after. They are very patient, kind, and informative. They will look out for you NOT themselves. Its a stressful process but they walked us through it every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks for all you did for me and my family! You guys are awesome!! Julisa is the best and we couldn't have done it without you.

We recently worked with Compass Home Group to purchase our family’s new home in Forest Hill MD. Tim, Michele and their team were the epitome of professional. The local knowledge and professional network they brought to the table made all the difference. Only a couple short weeks after working with them we found the home we were looking for and went under contract. Throughout the closing process they maintained constant contact and informed us of every step as well as provided outstanding professional referrals such as our home inspector, septic inspector, well inspector, and title insurance company who were all just as sharp as their team. Kate and I highly recommend Tim and Michele and their team to anyone looking to buy a home.

After a successful purchase of our new home we then hired Tim, Michele and their team to sell our townhouse. They again, on the sell side, exemplified what real estate agents should be. They were accessible during and extremely knowledgeable about the entire selling process. They utilized cutting edge technology and a powerful local network to help my wife and I get our home sold at the exact price we were looking for. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home.

Tim and Michele Langhauser, and the entire Compass Home Group team, embody the spirit of teamwork and working together to fulfill their Customer's needs and wants. The team provided us thorough education on the selling and buying process, continued support, and they successfully sold our home and our mother's home within weeks. In addition, they showed us homes that suited our needs, in our price range and helped find our dream home. Tim and the Compass Home Group are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and they get the job done while making it feel just like casual conversations. The home selling and buying process was not stressful at all with this crew - it was fun!
