I will NEVER take this charter bus anywhere! I never experienced such blatant disrespect and lack of common courtesy. I rode this Complete Charter to Pechanga Casino at 7:30P.M. arriving at the casino approximately 9:30-9:45P.M. The driver named "CRUZ" and his assistant both said board the bus at 2:30A.M. & departure at 2:45A.M. At 2:34A.M. I went to get on the bus which LEFT!! Yes they will leave early, just because, they just don't care! I could not believe it. The driver admitted he left early to Pechanga & his boss "Harry." But it's not OK, I lost a day of wages and it was all because Cruz didn't care. DON'T TAKE THIS COMPLETE CHARTER BUS!!!
