This shop done a great job on repairing my car, and done in a very timely manner once the parts were in.

Friendly and helpful staff. My car was finished early and looked brand new! I was sent updates on my vehicle during the entire process and when my insurance made a mistake the folks at Carstar took the extra time to solve the issue. Only place I'll be trusting with my car.

Excellent service and quality work. I went in on a Tuesday to get the estimate, and they were able to take it in the following morning. It was promised by Friday afternoon, and it was done on time. The paint work is flawless, and the entire car was cleaned and detailed. My only minor issue is that I didn't receive the promised status updates, and I had to call at 3:30 on Friday to find out if it would still be ready by the end of the day. It was, so I'm not deducting any stars.
My dealer-accessory, custom fit, subwoofer had to be removed for the repair, and was reinstalled incorrectly, but that was easy to fix and I don't expect them to be electronics experts too. I only mention it as a reminder for anyone that has aftermarket parts that the body repair shop might not be your last stop (unless you can do that part yourself).
