I am the individual that Mr. Batou Jabbi spoke about in his reply comment. I brought them an ACER Aspire smartbook laptop that had the "Blue Screen of Death". I was treated fairly and professionally by everyone in the business. They fixed my laptop within 48 hours, and reloaded all of my basic programs and OS back on for me. They even managed to save all of my family photos, videos, my music and important documents. Mr Batou Jabbi told me the price ahead of time. The price I paid was the price he quoted me over the phone and my laptop has never worked better. In fact the only complaint that I might have was that it was a little bit pricey, however if you want quality work then you have to pay for it. And he did give me a discount for being military. Honestly I am not sure what she was talking about having a bad experience with this business, mine was nothing but positive.

We are replying to elizabeth claim, she thought she have the power to deminish this business which is been exsisting for years. we have done great job. this lady came and buy a laptop from us and she said she have problem in which we were willing to help her until she started insulting and directing us how we should do our business. she filed a complaint with the BBB and we have reply to her claim and they found that she has lied and they honor our claim and she filed for her money back from her bank and we counter claim and her bank denied her. she came to our store to create problem and the police kick her out. If we are doing worst job like she claim, why wont all those steps she have taken still nothing happen. you have to respect people, you cannot get your way out by insulting people especially they have not done anything wrong. she have lied in other to get things done and world does not work like that. people are not stupid, she now online writing nasty comment about us,it will not hurt us, i knew this because we have a new customer told us that he show her comment and did not think is legit, infact he said he thought it was angry message full of garbage. Our busness is mostly referral because of the good job we have been doing and is gonna continue for ever. we have 3 locations if we are doing bad by now we would have been out of business. readers will jude for themselves. thank you.

For years now we have flat rate  service for desktops ,$55 and Laptops for $65. we do not charge dignostic service.
