Don't go here!! Horrible service!! All "CBC of Medical Park Group" locations are a nightmare!! They give you horrible customer service, they promise you your results within 24-48 hours, it's been 10 days since I last had my test done, and they still don't have the results. I found out after from my Dr. that they have patients still waiting 30 days for their results! Their phone system is terrible. They never answer their phones. I have called multiple times, have been on hold for over 20 mins each time, and then sent straight to voicemail. I have left voice messages for them to call me back, but no-one ever calls you back. Their website is not up to date. They never check their messages on their sites either. They claim they are backed up, but then why do they keep taking patients? When you finally get ahold of someone over the phone, they ALL tell you something different. One guy told me the results were ready and he would send them to my Dr. right away. My Dr. said he didn't send anything. The next woman told me over the phone that my results were not ready. They LIE to you just to get you off the phone. This place is horrible. I don't recommend this place unless you like to add on extra stress to your life.

I have had ongoing issues for years so I have had various types off imaging. I have been using this center for 3 years due to lack of choices for my new insurance. Some of the techs are very nice and I agree with many of the reviews. However, my dissatisfaction comes from the fact that they do not have a radiologist on any site, as some other centers do. This means that no one qualified explains to results when serious. Various PCPs hand you the results with little to no explanation, except to take the next test suggested. I always have to wait 2 months to see a specialist to get an acceptable explanation. I preferred the centers where the onsite radiologist sits you down to speak with about the test after you take it (example: Breast Center in Miami Beach). They always tell me they are going to hire an inside radiologist but they still do not have one.

Very unprofessional!!!! Made a appointment 2 months ago and the day before my appointment someone calls me to say they have to cancel and no appointments until 2018! When I asked why they could not explain very well because their English was limited. They said it had something to do with processing the images. I asked how could the "system" be down for the rest of the year?? And the response was "yes, it is down the rest of the year. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I can't imagine this company handling medical records if they can't even handle appointments!

I came here after being referred by my Doctor for a mammogram and a trans vaginal and all i can say is wow i was very happy with the lady up front named Diana, she was very pleasant and professional. I was also very impressed with the tech who did my diagnostics they were very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! I wouldn't go any where else honestly. I was very happy. Glad my doctor sent me here.

This was the best Mammogram Exam visit, for I have always hated having it done. Ms Ivette was so Nice, and Compassionate, and Everyone was so efficient and professional.
