Hello Gary & Team from Bob McCann.
 
I called you last week to ask if your company would perform an “in home” service of gaining access to a computer and a laptop which belonged to my very recently diseased son.
This was an urgent matter to allow my daughter-in-law to retrieve important financial documents.
You committed to get out there first thing in the AM since when I reached you it was already after 4:00 PM.
I said that I would pay whatever your fees would be after your technician discovered whatever challenges he was up against when he arrived.
Your technician arrived on time and entered a home where there was still lots of chaos and quickly gained access to the computers and rather than charging for the service said “You folks have enough to handle right now. There will be NO CHARGE.”
That Human Touch from a computer services company is extremely rare.  
I hope this review lets people who want to know what type of a computer services company Computech is relative to serving with a very Human Touch.

Took my tower over and it was fixed same day. Tech made sure all issues were resolved.

First of all, this place is clean. The lobby, the front desk, and the parking lot is also pretty tidy. Upon entering the establishment, you will be warmly greeted and attended to. However, it does seem that sometimes they may be short staffed as sometimes they aren't open at the hours stated on the front door.

I needed to get data extracted from an external hard drive that I didn't want to plug into a potentially damaging computer at home. I asked these guys to extract the data from me, particularly the images. The did just that and did a good job. The price, while I thought was excessive, was actually what I was quoted at other data recovery businesses so I do believe I paid a fair price for the services I received.

Other than not being open during posted opening hours on more than one occasion, these guys do a pretty good job. I would recommend their services.

UPDATE 11/17/2016: I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. My Wi-Fi card in my laptop died and these guys had a cheap replacement in stock. $15 later, my Wi-Fi is up and running. Gary helped me out and he was knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
