This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever encountered.  Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the nature of my problem.  I came to computer depot hoping that my keyboard issue would be fixed. A week ago I sent my computer off to the manufacturer in hopes that my warranty would cover any damage. I was told that the keyboard issue was a result of "liquid damage" and would have costed me almost $500. I quickly told them to send it back to me because I did not have the money for that repair. After I received my computer back, I went to Computer depot to see what the repair cost would be.  The keyboard issue was a result of battery residue and not "severe liquid damage" like the manufacturer told me.   As a college student and a teacher intern,  my computer is extremely important to me. Brandon was very nice and straightforward with the problem and resolution. I will always bring my computer back to this company for any and all problems. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, efficient and knowledgeable. I've used them multiple times now, for both personal and work computers. I recommend them to everyone!

Suggested a full motherboard replacement when computer wouldn’t boot up because hard drive was unplugged
