We turned in a 55 inch and 39 or 37 inch tv in march of 2017 for a diagnostic test to be fixed. Today is August 31st 2017 and they will not return our phone calls after multiple attempts. I am wondering if we will ever be able to get our tvs back. It has been 6 months now for what we were told would take a week. We have called every week and have been given excuse after excuse. We are always told so so will call you back and update you. Well she never does and we always have to call back and get the same run around. I would stay away from this place if you are not ok with not getting your stuff back or getting any kind of update on it or have your calls returned. I hope this review will finally get their attention so we can get our tvs back.
