Have helped a friend with a "refurbished" computer purchased from here.. it still had the previous owner's info on it! All they had done was create another user and "delete" the previous user.. previous users personal data was still on the computer..they never bothered to completely wipe the hard drive of personal info and re-install Windows.

This business is very sneaky and good at getting your money for doing little work. They are also very hard to get a hold of to find a status of your computer or informationg. They also have "hidden" fees that stack up to be a huge bill that is absurd. They overcharge and very bad customer services.
