Terrible experience -terrible service . Dropped off phone on at Tuesday at 12:45pm and was told it would take about 3 days. Called Friday, Saturday and finally came in on Monday to check status-still not repaired. Judah was rude and dismissive. Sent my husband to pick up Monday before 6 and they had closed early even tho we said we were coming.  Extremely rude on phone , called owner and Judah called and argued with me. Husband went back Tuesday and Judah argued with him and was very rude. Called the owner (dad) and HE was rude and argumentative -btw- phone screen replacement wasn't installed properly. I still have plastic coming out between screen and phone...meaning the protective coat wasn't taken off prior to sealing...so mad and disappointed with this business!!!!  Customer service is NOT their priority.

My second time in because of how impressed I was the first time. Joe is the counterperson I've encountered both times who said he isn't the owner, but greeted me and handled my problems both times cordially, effectively, and inexpensively. Can't tell you how elated I am to have a reliable, capable troubleshooter in my backyard with attentive one-on-one customer service that is seldom found nowadays.

Computer Outlet North Inc. in Baldwinsville is stellar.  I brought my company laptop in because it went Amityville Horror on me and I'm by no means a laptop guru.  Upon entering the business I was pleasantly and politely welcomed by both David and Joe that run this particular establishment.  Without the need of an appointment, David immediately diagnosed and started working on my laptop....right while I was standing there.  When it was realized that the laptop's problems were a bit more complicated beneath the surface and was going to take some time, I was even offered coffee if I wanted to stick around for a while!  You don't get that kind of professionalism and courtesy anywhere....period!  I had a deadline for when I needed the laptop repaired by and it was met most satisfactorily.  The cost of repair was more than reasonable and the environment was clean and very well managed.  Quality service,  professional interaction, and a very fair service cost will keep me coming back whenever I need expert and reliable service.
