I didn't understand why there were so many bad reviews until I realized there was another Chris that worked here. The other Chris is long gone, but the owner of this fine establishment is very professional and has bent over backwards to help us out. There isn't anyone around that could deliver such high quality at such a good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you haven't visited him, then I urge you to. Definitely ask for the owner though!

Always good service, the owner is out alot but you cant count that against him with medical and what not. Computers bought here are great. Highly recommend.

Not sure why the bad reviews. I went in their for a RAM Upgrade and it was done within 10 minutes, in and out. The guy was nice too and gave me a sweet deal and discount. Highly recommend 5 Stars all around...I think people lack of knowledge of computers is what prompting bad reviews.

Chris has been nothing but professional and courteous. The bad reviews are partly due to medical issues outside of his control. During his absence, a temp employee named Chris did shotty work. This should not reflect the owners determination to provide the highest quality of work. Did I get paid to write this? No. I am also an IT that understands that your word means everything in this sort of work. Why do I go to Chris if I am an IT? Because this man has crazy deals on custom PCs. I stream on YT and edit videos, so I purchased a hefty machine from Chris. The price was affordable for the parts and recently went back for upgrades. I encourage any new customers to READ THIS and not believe everything on the internet. I actually looked into these people leaving bad reviews. LOL They either work at another IT shop or are mad that Chris is taking business from them.

I would NOT recommend the business. Our Mac desktop was scrapped (without our notification). We lost all our files and a computer. I asked the owner to be compensated and he said that he was not responsible for my lost.
