Norm, the owner, is a character who can seem gruff on the phone, but who is in person so much fun, you begin to wish your computer broke down daily just so you could sit in his office listening to his running commentary while he works life- saving magic on your data files.  I've had two complete laptop deaths and each time I go in fearing for my files and had days of laughs afterwards.  In addition to saving my life (and data) Norm always sends me away with more knowledge about my computer and how it works.  His prices are beyond reasonable and his work is excellent.
