The front desk staff are beyond rude. I have never been to an urgent care center that has such rude staff. The doctor came in and told me I was fine as soon as he walked in without even checking on my injury. This place is a joke.

Very professional and caring towards patients needs starting with Clerks Nurses and the Doctors. I would definitely go back and recommend or refer others.also wait times are very short. Ray J.

One of the worst experiences I have had concerning healthcare! When I first arrived the receptionist was like “I wonder why they sent you here, you could have went anywhere you wanted to go.” At first I was thinking maybe she was just letting me know that I had choices.. after sitting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, I see a small image in the coffee area from my peripheral vision; once I focused in on the image, I realized it was a mouse! I let the receptionist know what I saw, she just gave me a blank stare for a moment and then asked “where,” before turning to sharing the information with her coworker. The both of them just stood there looking as the mouse climbed back and forth over everything on the coffee table. Apparently I was the only person who felt that this was out of the ordinary because they were acting as though my reaction was a bit dramatic. Once I went into the back to be seen, I asked the Medical Assistant Janet were they dealing with a rodent problem, because the fact that the mouse was still climbing about on the table 20 minutes later was disturbing to me and I was a bit nervous. Janet was very rude as she snapped back at me “would you just like to go to another Concentra, because I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.” She goes on to ask Nicole (whom I assume is another Medical Assistant)right outside my room door if she “wants to switch patients!” The entire experience was horrible.

Service was fast and proficient. Customer service could maybe smile a little more, but over all I was satisfied.

Had to go to Concentra for a random DOT drug and alcohol screen. Waiting room has been remodeled since the last time I was there. It's much cleaner than it used to be. Employees were efficient in their jobs, but not very friendly.
