Dr. Fernando was so kind and considerate of my needs. She was genuine concered about my injury and what was best for me. Jenny was awesome as well. I've never had to go through physical therapy but Jenny was so kind and helpful. My whole experience at this location was awesome. All of the staff were super friendly but Keisha was extra helpful with paperwork and her personality was just awesome!

Dr. Fernando who is the medical director here on Kirby was excellent. Her & her staff was very considerate to my needs. They took my pain seriously & gave me the best care that I have had at any Concentra. They made me feel very at ease & was knowledgeable of my condition. I recommend this facility to anyone that's been injured. Thank you Dr. & your staff for all your help

The people here are fantastic! A professional group dedicated to taking care of you and getting you back to optimal health efficiently. Dr. Fernando and the physical therapist Jenny are an absolute delight and professional all stars. While I hope I never need them again it’s a blessing to know they are here.

Not a good experience with the primary treating physician Dr. Savithri Fernando. She does not like questions, she’s the type of doctor that likes to spend 1minute in the room and it’s on to the next patient. I consider myself a knowledgeable patient and when I caught her giving me incorrect information about my injury and questioned her about it, she got angry. Also, I was given x-rays and told that Dr. Fernando would come back in the room with the results, I am still waiting on those results.     On a positive note, Jenny, the physical therapist is great, I give her an A+

Had to wait more than 2 hours to get seen for my physical. Nurse was very caring and friendly... Doctor was jumpy and very quick... I wouldn't go there if I was sick or in pain.
