The wait was entirely to long for what was done and I feel the doctors try and rush you back to work when there is a job related injury and the front desk made me feel I had no rights when choosing g another doctor when I have a lawyer dealing with workers comp  claim if it comes to that. The lady at front desk  when checking out really needs to educate herself  on the Maryland workers comp laws before the establishment gets a lawsuit. I don’t appreciate being intimidated by forcing me to use their doctors for therapy. I know they want to get paid too but I don’t want to be seen there especially when I live 30 miles away and I feel they don’t care if a person is better or not . I was injured doing my job now I need to get better but not rushed to get back only to reunite myself more.

I arrived at this location at 9:20. At no time did anyone at the front desk greet me as a customer. I was told to sign in and asked why I was there. My form of payment was collected and was told I could have a seat and fill out my registration paperwork once I receive a text message. Once I finished my paperwork, which took all of 10 minutes I set in the waiting room for three hours before being called back to get my height, weight, eyes checked and so forth. Once that was completed I was told to go back out into the waiting room because they had no rooms. I set there for another hour before being seen by the Dr. This was the worse experience in my life. No communication from the staff what so ever. Even after asking what the hold up was, we weren’t given a clear answer other than we only have two Dr’s working. Never again will I go there.

Was dying from the flu. 😆😭. Everything up to the point of getting my prescription and return to work note was fine. I waited 20 minutes for that all while I was the only one left waiting in the waiting area. I guess because of how I was “ balled” up in the chair they thought they were done for the evening. I heard one of the employees ask what was I waiting for to another employee. She replied who? Then the one who asked the question pointed towards me. She replied “ I didn’t even see her”. I’m pretty sure they didn’t “ see” me because of the conversation they were engulfed in. Who got jumped when they were younger, and why 😳. Another conversation with an employee who had already clocked out, yet standing at the desk holding conversations with those “ still on the clock “, had a revelation that her work hadn’t been done. Some person who came in the am paperwork hadn’t been filed , which at that point was 8 bourse ago! She claimed she asked so and so to do it, that’s on them, and the employee she was talking to said actually it would fall on all of them. At that point missy was “ too tired”, and said she was heading home then. 😶 After it had been brought to your attention your work wasn’t done, and the team in whole would suffer ? Not I! No ma’am not I. They used to be so professional, and up to par. But 🤷🏾‍♀️. I won’t go any further. 😕

My only issue is drug testing.. I understand call outs and having Little staff. But why if we only doing a drug screen (pe test) it takes 2 too 3 hours too get seen. Why not have one person do only drugs test ONLy so we can get outta there. It’s not reason to sit for 3 hours too pee in a cup sign and go. Thanks for letting me leave a real review.

Came for a CDL  Physical, it went smoothly except for the texted online form to my phone.  I had to restart it three times before I could fill it out.  Not sure if they should go back to paper.  Otherwise it went well
