Concentra Urgent Care is good place for medical needs.  I had to have a drug test and physical done for pre-employment.  The waiting time though for the drug test was excessive.  I sat there and waited for an hour and 45 minutes.  After getting into the back to take the test, staff was nice and friendly.  I had to wait in the waiting room for the results.  The girl comes back out and says that they will be sending it out.   I had to go back to take the physical.  The worse part of going back was waiting again.  This time I sat and waited an hour an 10 minutes.  It did not look like they were under staffed so I’m not sure why it took so long both times. Other than the long waiting time, Concentra has very good staff. They are friendly, kind, professional and helpful.

I went directly to Concentra from work for treatment related to a fall and head bang. (My workplace provided transportation.) I was treated quickly and with great respect.  My wife was brought right into the treatment room when she arrived. Follow up included imaging that day and follow up appointments.  Results were shared promptly.  I feel that the care was fast but not hurried, compassionate and, accurate.  Based on my experience, I highly recommend this facility and it’s personnel.

The location of the office was very convenient as were the hours of operation.  I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen and the nurse at the clinic was very pleasant.

I would have left a five star rating, but because they have no male personnel, I had to have my supervisor observe me pulling my pants down to my knees and doing the hokie pokie for a drug test. Awkward!!

Is almost like they make you wait on purpose. Came here for a work injury because this is who we use. I was literally the first person there. #1 on the list. Arrived right after they opened the doors. I still waited 50 minutes before they took me to a room where I waited again. Now I'm here for a follow up appointment that was supposed to be 60 minutes ago and I'm still in the waiting room. 
The nurses and staff are very good and the nurse practitioner, Emily, who took care of me was amazing. But when it takes this much time to be treated there are other options that get you in and out much faster.
