I love how even though I don't see the same physician or nurse I feel like they all know my condition and the reason I am there it's a shared family style care process and I appreciate it everyone is very friendly with a minimal wait time

Do not come here, 3 hours to see someone. Now over 30min to pay. Still not called up to the counter. No reason for this. 3 girls at the desk. Not a crowded. STAY AWAY.

Been here twice for a drug test, I think that it looks very nice and cozy inside with two TVs in waiting room tuned to different channels. The staff is friendly and there is a washroom but DO NOT USE IT if you have a drug test. I forgot one time and then I couldn't pee for the test. The nice ladies said I could just come back another time and do it again at no cost luckily. They ask you to remove all objects from pockets but they don't pat you down nor do they watch you pee.

Worst place ever if you want a drug test or TB/ something that takes 5 mins to do turns into a 3 hour wait for nothing. There's many employees here and the service is unacceptable. No one should have to wait that long, the woman next to me had to remind the front desk that she was still here waiting because she had never been seen. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

Katelyn at the front desk seems to either hate her job or patients. Not very pleasant. Maybe the staff needs some training in customer service or find somebody who wants to work with patients. I have never heard so many sighs nor seen so many eye rolls in all my life. Been here for an hour waiting on blood work- arrived at 8:45 it is now 9:56;was just told I would have another 30-45 min waiting. Horrible ! Maybe they should take appointments like Labcorp.
