I called ahead before I came and was told my drug screening would not take long and I would be able to make an appointment I already had scheduled. Showed up, signed in and waited 40 minutes. I finally had to tell them I would need to leave In order to make my appointment and that I would be back. The good news is, they were quick and accommodating when I was back an hour later!

I came in as a walk in on a Friday afternoon.  Was warmly greeted and paperwork and registration easily completed. Dr. Symers and staff were friendly, thorough, and caring. I would gladly go back when in the area again. AA++

I was a walk-in for a random drug and alcohol screen for work.  The waiting room was almost at capacity.  I was checked in quickly and efficiently by a courteous staff member.  I did have to wait almost 45 minutes, but, as a walk-in, I was thankful it was not longer, considering how many people were there.  The staff member who performed my drug and alcohol screen was professional and courteous also.  There was on street parking for my semi truck and trailer, which is wonderful, as this is usually a challenge.

I was impressed this time around, I've been going to concentra for years now. The wait time was quick the staff was friendly. The drug testing was impressive as well, no more three day wait, you know your results right then and there so going to work is faster than before when they would send off the drug screen. The P.A. was very helpful and friendly non judgmental, especially if you have questions about weight loss. I would highly recommend using Concentra for all your medical needs.

Very poor doctor don't know what she's doing sat in the room for 2 hours for her to come in and say okay I'll release you she never even looked at what was wrong
