I was greeted as soon as I walked in! Got checked in and was called in 15 mins later. The service was quick!

This clinic is very outdated, not clean like it should be. Some of the staff is good, others act like they either don’t want to be bothered or don’t want to be there. Very disappointing. I would not take a loved one here for an injury or illness.

It was a horrible experience ...the manager ..tall ..tin guy ..was inept ...he didn't know policy or procedure of the clinic. I tried to explain to him that I had just left the location off of 35 (which was also a nad exp) that i was able to reg. With my referral which had the Westmoreland location on it with no problem...telling him ..only reason why i left... the wait time was too long...he kept telling me..sorry we cant do your test because another location was on my form...after going back and forth... another staff person walked up behind him overhearing the conversation and told him in front of me that indeed they could take my referral ..after a short wait i was able to get the test. I told the guy who did my drug test... I'm HR for my company and I'm going to tell my company we need to find another facility to provide our drug testing.
