This was actually the worst dentist office I ever been to in my life  The customer service was  horrible  the staff was very  unorganize,i had a 12:30   Appointment  and I was never seen I waited for one hour and a half to see the dentist. The secretary I Handed my information to went on lunch and never pass my information onto the next secretary so I was just sitting there  wasting my time until I went and asked what was going on and I still was not able to see a dentist.

I’m also another person who would give zero stars if I could, and I will be calling as well. 

A little back story for ya:

I had some pain after I had a tooth pulled. My original dentist before Concerned said I have an exposed nerve. I was in WAY too much pain to think that. My mother suggested I see Concerned. Found out I needed two caps and some other stuff. 

I got that done at Concerened earlier this year. I was STILL having pain. I waited and waited to see if it would go away on its own but it didn’t. I got the cap adjusted and then waited again as my dentist told me for a second adjustment. She then referred me to the root canal specialist that is at Concerned. He said I just have a sensitive tooth and “I don’t know what you want me to do.” I refused to believe that from how much pain I was in. 

I got a second opinion from a separate dentist outside of Concerned. Turns out I had an INFECTION and an abscess and needed a root canal in the next tooth. Concerened did x rays, tests with cold spray, tapping on several teeth, etc. but never did anything. I understand that it wasn’t the tooth I originally thought it was but it was clear as day on the multiple x rays that were taken. 

The wait there was sometimes 2 hours. They had forgotten I was there sometimes and was also told that they were at lunch and I’d had to come back tomorrow. I refused to come back tomorrow since I got there an hour earlier. I’ve had my dentist leave me in the middle of my procedure, drooling and had things in my mouth for up to 45 minutes. 

I don’t recommend this place. I’m sorry. I gave this place SO many chances.

Rip off. Go here if you want to be lied to that you need a root canal that you don't really need. It'll cost you thousands. If you are told this, you must get a second opinion from a different place.

IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD !!! Horrible place. Just got a bill from them for over $300. Not understanding why, I have 2 insurances ( which they will only use one) and I also have care credit ( which I have over 1000 of credit on). I just called and the lady in billing stated they charged me for a post that they didn't even do and they charged me 152.60 for a cleaning.......which makes no sense if I have 2 insurances..... I will never go back to this place again. they are money hungry people who do not care about their patients. Im disgusted.

This office is amazing!! Modern and clean with an exceptional staff!! Dr. Siciliano and Dr. Shore are truly the best. Professional and pleasant; I love their work! From Azairy, the office manager to Ana in the front; as well as Angie, Sha, Nadia, Tarene, Jennifer and everyone else working in the back of the office...truly make it a pleasant and personalized experience. I refer all of my family and friends to them, and they love it. Thank you all!!
