I visited the tag office today. The line wasn't too bad, however it was an irate lady that cut the line, and harassed both clerks because they were not giving her the answer that she desired! I was hoping that her actions wouldn't change the tone of the workers. Angie was the clerk that assisted me. She was extremely nice, professional, and informative. She didn't seem to be bothered that the other lady was just screaming at her! We all know how annoying it is to wait in lines at Tag and/or DMV offices. It's refreshing to know that some people truly enjoy what they do, and don't mind helping others!

Visited the Concord license plate agency today,and had the opportunity to have one of your representative Angie to assist me with getting my tags and registration changed over to N.C.from Calif.She was very professional,friendly,and helpful throughout the process,Angie is an asset to your agency and represent it very well.

We were there 11/23/16 to do several title things--they were awesome! Very patient and kind! Completely different atmosphere from what it used to be. Definitely will go back! Thank you!
