Michael was contracted in Jan of 2015 to put in a backyard patio that went the length of our home.  Michael and his crew knocked the job out in a week from beginning to end that same month.  Seven months later our patio has been well used from our dogs and our toddler.  It has also become the gathering for our friends and family  Michael's attention to detail and his willingness to work with me about every aspect of the project before, during, and after were greatly appreciated.  In the Rogue Valley area Concrete Concepts is delivers a great product we are proud to have, but they deliver customer service on a scale I have yet to encounter from other contractors.  Our patio looks great and has made our backyard the place we spend the majority of our time.  I plan on bringing Michael back in to redo our RV parking, driveway, interior garage, and front walkway.

Michael created an RV parking area in our backyard that we didn't know would be possible or not. We were on an extreme slanted area that required retaining walls and also wanted a level pad to park our RV on. He was able to take a difficult situation and make a great place to park the RV.  He also was able to fabricate and install (2) 8 foot gates to enclose the driveway/pad.  He was able to do this in the most undesirable weather conditions (rain and snow) and get it done in a reasonable amount of time.  His estimate he gave was right on the amount that he quoted us and he was always on time and honest with everything that needed to be done.  Michael was extremely easy to work with and he is a real professional.  We have found a new friend in Michael.  We will definitely use Michael and Concrete Concepts in the future for all our concrete needs

first met Mike when my 24'X36' shop was being built. He was sub-contracted to do my concrete floor. My first impression of him was and still is that he Loves concrete, and the final product is living proof. 

When it came time that I wanted a 13'X42' concrete patio I didn't hesitate, I called Mike (Concrete Concepts). Did I want to see if someone else would do the job cheaper, NO, I did not. I felt his estimate was in the ball park and I knew his work first hand. I gave Mike the freedom to use his imagination and the final product is fantastic. This guy knows what he is doing and takes painstaking time to do the job right. He returned on follow up days to ensure all his work was to my satisfaction and is always eager to answer my questions. 

Great Job! It was a pleasure doing business with Concrete Concepts.

Michael has been a delight to work with.  Unlike most contractors, he does return phone calls and gets the job done even in the most uncomfortable weather conditions.  My job had many variables which needed to be met, and Michael came up with options which allowed for flexibility in my design and price range.  We now have a beautiful handicapped accessible garden pad and matching curved walkway connecting our patio to our garden entry gate.  I highly recommend Michael and Concrete Concepts for any hardscape addition to your home.
