The employees are very dishonest and incompetent at this store. I purchased Keystone blocks for a retaining wall and they assured me that I needed more blocks than I had estimated. You would assume that they would know how to do a take-off on the products supposedly specialize in. When it came out, I had a pallet of blocks left-over and they would not take them back because I did not have the receipt. The receipt was ruined when they delivered due to rain and should be irrelevant because they are obviously Keystone blocks and they can surely look up a recent order. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you do not want to get cheated.
