I don't hate it. I think that their sales associates must have some knowledge of what they are selling.
For example an engagement ring was sold to my husband as an anniversary ring for 2600.... I returned it and exchanged it now I'm wiring for the owner to refund my balance but he is never around.and the Hispanic sales rep was sooooo rude .
My anniversary needless to say , was ruined and my husband was so disappointed 
That he was not given the proper information for a 9 year anniversary ring.
I will wait to see how long it takes to refund our money.this is definitely not an anniversary ring.

Loved the service and the jewelry! We are loyal customers. My fiancé wasn't able to make it down to the store in time to pick up my anniversary present before they closed and Mellisa stayed late for him. GREAT customer service! Highly recommend them!

I will never shop there again. The sales woman was extremely rude and the jeweler is worse. I would go out of town before i would ever consider going back. They have horrible customer service.
