Best ice cream around. Always clean and staff is very friendly. The most consistent business when it comes to consistently getting great ice cream, great service, fast service and large portions. Doesn’t matter if there is 20 people in line or 2. The workers treat you with a smile and sense of pride ensuring the ice cream is at a high standard. Selection is huge, hard to decide what to get every time you are there because you want to try something new but everything is always so good you just want to get it again. Definitely recommend getting ice cream here, you won’t ever go anywhere else again!

It's unfortunate that you cannot see the shop and table yard from the street, they would get much more traffic, but they offer we a long list of soft and hard flavors. Nice seating area and handicapped/wheelchair accessible.

It's cream was ok I was very surprised when they said I couldn't get my soft ice cream fine dipped.  They put it in a cup and put a puddle of dip on top.  It was so gross..ended up with an inch of wax dip. Not enough tables...plan on sitting in your car

I ordered a Reese's pieces Sundae however what I got was a cup of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and a few candies no hot fudge or peanut butter sauce. I returned back to counter to let them know at which time server puts a little of each on top and hands it back. Now I've got a cup of slop. I called to let the manager know and all i received was an argument.  Poor service and communication skills from everyone.  Very disappointing .sorry to say $6.99 will be spent elsewhere from now on.

Great ice cream!  Felt sorry for the young lady working seemingly by herself but she was quite cheerful and helpful.

Service is wishy-washy, sometimes they are very friendly and helpful and sometimes they are very annoyed that you showed up when they want to get out of there. The atmosphere is quaint, but there is quite a lot of bugs.

We always have delicious ice cream served with a smile. Especially if Samantha is serving. Our pup loves his doggy ice cream too!

My nightly go to spot. Kind staff, the best sundaes, so many options and all for great prices and the perfect portion sizes! So happy to have them in Oneida
