We went on the best day - they were all decorated and costumed for Halloween and they had balloon animals and caricatures drawings! Obviously they don't have that all the time, but it feels like a place that goes out of the way to make patients, especially kids, feel welcome and safe.  The staff and our dentist were kind and knowledgeable and we didn't have much of a wait at all.  We went because of their late hours on Tuesdays, and we will definitely keep going back.

I was seen pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and actually let me talk, didn't make me feel rushed. Dentist was great as well, made me feel very comfortable and was very kind. The office had a great feel to it. Definitely found my permanent dentist! Finally after 30 years!

I am a new customer with Confident Smiles, but I plan to do business with them.  The staff is courteous to me and to each other.  Every time I have heard the staff speak to each other, they say "Please" and "Thank You", which in my opinion creates a professional atmosphere.

Their service is timely and yet very personable.  Congratulations, Dr. Cost, for creating this atmosphere!

I really enjoyed going to confident smiles. Everyone was very nice. They took the time to talk with you and get to know you and what you were looking for.  Their models of teeth were very impressive and nice looking which makes me feel like I will have a great smile when they are done. They also offer payment  plans for people who don't have the greatest credit.

Today was the first time that we went to this dentist office. My daughter had an appointment and I was really impressed how nice everyone was and Dr. Cost answered every question that we had. He was really nice also. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. You will not walk out of there regretting anything. 
I'm so glad that my sister-in-law told bus about Dr.Cost. all his stuff are really sweet and they are all very down to earth. My family will not go any where else.
Thank you Dr. Cost and staff for making Shelby's first visit a great one.
