I would highly recommend The Smith Group for your legal needs. Maggie & Greg are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Maggie drafted some legal documents for me and the process was quick yet thorough. She made sure to break each paragraph down and discussed why she worded certain paragraphs a specific way and walked me through the different scenarios, I really appreciated that because it helped me understand it and be more confident about my documents.

The issue that the Smith Group assisted us with was a personal family matter with the potential for creating lasting enmity amongst family members at a time when we very much needed to set our differences aside and work together. Their approach was to find a workable legal solution to the problem with an eye towards a settlement that could equitably address the needs of all parties. Rather than steer us into endless and expensive legal proceedings, regardless of who was right or wrong, they prioritized an outcome whereby everyone could feel that their needs were respected.

I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs smart and professional legal advice.

The Smith Group is a very professional business. I had the pleasure of using them in gaining custody of my child. They helped reunite us during a very difficult time.  The staff there are really great at helping and making sure your needs are met. They are all very friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door making you feel like you are in the right place. Maggie is a great lawyer, she was very attentive to our problems, gave great advice to help along the way, and worked very hard on my custody case. If any of your problems, needs, or family issues are on the list of their services, I wouldn't hesitate to call or use them for it at all. I highly recommend The Smith Group seeing everything myself. The Smith Group helped my family and I set up a will.  They worked around our schedule to make this process easier on my family and explained every small detail to make sure the will was the way we wanted.  I will use the Smith Group in the future.
