For more than 138 years, we have cultivated a welcoming Jewish community that has provided our congregants with a stimulating environment to learn, to grow and to connect to God, Torah and other Jews. We strive to inspire our members through every stage of their lives. Our worship services, along with our programs, are designed to meet the changing needs of our synagogue community while keeping the Jewish traditions we so value.
Congregation Beth Shalom has been a leader in the greater Kansas City Area withits pioneering spirit, progressive ideas, and creative programming since 1878.
Serving the synagogue, Hazzan Ben-Yehuda and Senior Rabbi David Glickman hold the spiritual vision for the congregation.
