The waiting room is very nice, so you can wait like a king as they rip you off.

Brought my car in for state inspection since they seem like a legitimate establishment and they wouldn't pass my car because "the fog light moved around too much"? I hit some ice this winter which cracked the dust guard under my car weakening the integrity of my bumper a little but my fog light was still very well in place. It seemed sketchy since many cars don't even have fog lights. I took it to a gas station down the road and my car passed just fine. This is why people have trust issues with car service personnel.

Hit or miss. You can have a really excellent experience or not. Waiting room is much better than most car mechanics.

Fast, affordable, reliable, nice lounge area, and great customer service. However, it's not a place I frequently like to go because I have to spend money there.
