Where has good customer service gone? We paid cash for a bench that was in stock in the same building, but they had nobody available to get it (we were the only customers in the store so they were not busy). So, we nicely told them it was no rush (meaning to get it that day).  The female sales associate stated she would call us within 2 hours to let us know when it was available to pick up.  Never heard from anyone. The next day I called to inquire about the bench. The female stated we thought it was no rush because we were going to Denver....really?? And then she had the nerve to tell my husband how upset I was. Darn right I was. I will not be shopping here again. Not only is their stuff over priced, they need to work on their people skills.

If I could give you a NEGATIVE 5 I would! My husband and I had $8000 to spend on a king bed platform and nightstands. I made an appointment with one of your sales associates to help with purchasing. I arrived 10 minutes early. Asked another associate to let my appointment person know I was there. Walked around the store for 25 minutes until I saw another guy with a name tag sitting at a dining room display eating a big plate of food- which he continued to eat while I was trying to find the associate for my appointment. He didn't know where she was. As I approached the exit, there were two women gossiping about someone. One of them was the associate I was supposed to meet. I had to interrupt her to tell her that I was leaving and we will NEVER shop here again. Do not waste your time! That was 45 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. BOO!!

Good inventory, but not a good place to buy furniture for young couples just starting out.

Conlin's has a great selection and wonderful sales staff! Great shopping experience! Spent a few hours in the store and found real value in the level of service and knowledge! We will be shopping here again for sure!
