What a wonderful way to repay the tax payers of Connecticut, by making them wait 4 hours in line while you guys lollygag and take breaks every 5 mins. I say fire every DMV workers and replace them with robots. They'd be much more efficient and helpful!

Not great not awful. 35 minutes in line to wait 1 hr15 minutes to be called only to find out they charge you CT sales tax on the book value getting temp tags before emissions? Really I'll go back tomorrow I guess I didn't bring my check book.

The wait line way too long and the staff are very unprofessional. What should have taken me less than a half hour turned into a 4+ hour nightmare due to DMV nightmare bureaucracy! Just close this place down already!

Place sucks they should get more people and people that want to work they talk and take more breaks than what they work and they slow DMV commissioner should go undercover at this branch in New Britain
