Awful! online banking is a joke.  $15 fee for paying over the phone and there crappy online bill pay hardly ever works.  They also don't let you pay anything other than the scheduled amount.  If you want to pay extra you cant.  Getting my title is a hassle.  I will never do business with them again.

I switched from Wells Fargo to Connex because of my normally low balances.  While Wells was charging me for being broke, Connex was giving me interest back for moving money around (from savings to checking, etc.) with no minimum balance. I don't care about "perks" like 25 free checks (Wells) since I don't use them (VistaPrint will make custom ones on the cheap if you do). 

The staff at Connex is always friendly and I like that they are tech-forward with high-tech ATMs and Teller service.  The app makes it easy to make check deposits from work if I can't get to the bank in-time, but they do have extended hours (7pm) on certain weekdays, so it's not a big deal - just a lot of options for free. :)

Good bank with fair offerings.  I am happy with my checking account amd mortgage services.  My prior home equity loan from Connex saved me lots of money when a differnt bank sold bought my mortgage and the new bank tried to force me to insure my property for way more that it was worth.

Terrible customer service. I return their call only to leave a message because no representative is available. When they do call back I'm usually back to work. And miss the call. 

My car loan is a constant problem. It's due the 25th of the month. We usually send it out around the 15th-20th. Seems reasonable considering they are within the state yet I'm always late. I can't get anyone to tell me how payments are processed and why it takes so long to clear. I suspect it has something to do with the check going to a P.O. box rather than a branch directly. My umderstanding of P.O.boxes is that you have to retrieve the mail personally from the post office.  Who does that job? There is actually a person who's job it is to go to the bank and pi k up the posts? How often  do they pick Up? What time of day? What happens to the payments then? No pne in that office can give me an answer,must be a secret. I just get the run around a lot with thos bank. It's because of the reluctance to be transparent that I get a creepy feeling when dealing with this bank. I belong to a credit union in my hometown and they're great. The contrast between them is striking.

I'm in the process of switching to another bank and closing out all my Connex accounts, and I can't get away from them fast enough. I keep getting locked out of my online account and Call 24 accounts, and I don't know why. Maybe from lack of use? Now that the app isn't working on my phone, my last option is to drive to the nearest branch, which is not convenient at all from where I live or work. This bank will never have my business again, even if I move back to an area where there is a branch near by.
