This was by far the most knowledgeable Koi and pond store I've been to. Hank and Hank Jr are the ones to talk to if you really are new at the whole pond thing. Prices are reasonable for the quality of products. The Koi fish are beautiful and quality although be prepared to spend money cause you won't be able to help your self. You have to see for yourself.

Helpful employees and great selection of plants and fish. Also has wonderful prices on all their livestock. Loved the environment, definitely will be back for more!

My family and I moved into our house last year, and in the backyard there is a beautiful pond. Only thing was, I didn't know a thing about how to set it up or take care of it. Last summer I went to Lowes and tried myself to rig it so that the 2 waterfalls worked, to no avail. Now the weather is warm again and again I failed trying to make it work correctly myself. So the wife and I drove an hour to Connies Pond and Koi store, and it was so worth it. We talked to Hank there,  and he was more than helpful, told me exactly what i needed to do to set up the hoses to my pumps, and even built me a little rig. He is super knowledable and even my wife liked him,  and she don't like anyone haha. Will def be going back soon when it's time to add fish, and whatever else we decide.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff here!  I'm a new Koi pond owner, I've been there a few times now and they always take the time to help me out and explain things in detail and give me recommendations for my pond both in the front and back store.  I really appreciate the honesty also when they advised me not to buy plants that would just die off late in the season but rather plants that are good for the coming winter.  This kind of great and honest service keeps customers loyal!
