This place is terrible took my money years ago and when I call them for my copy's that I signed they talk to me on the phone like I'm a piece of garbage talking to a computer that only knows how to repeat herself.. I need some papers and I wanted to pick them up and they need 24-48 hrs, it's Thursday 3 pm, they will have them by Tuesday.. that's 24 hrs?? Slow terrible service I feel like I'm in Pennsylvania - Slow.

Haven't used them but keep on receiving their advertisements addressed to my mother who died 20 years ago.  I've called many times to have her name taken off of their mailing list but this never happens.

Not happy at all with this firm. I did not hear good reviews about them and they are all true. They are thieves.

Due to poor customer service on 3/24/16 I will no longer be using your services thanks to your secretary putting me on hold during and emergency situation.  I suggest you "fine tune" your hiring process so that potential and current cliental are addressed accordingly.  It was your Brooklyn and Middle Village Locations.  This review required me to put one star, if possible I would put you in the negative.
