It speaks volumes when you see the same familiar faces over 5 years and still receive the same great customer service.

Five stars is not enough to describe the service at University Hills Conoco. Jim and his guys can work on just about anything. They got our dilapidated canoe trailer back on the road. My Mazda 5 was having alignment issues because we have done some road trips with a little too much weight in the car. My tires were bad due to excessive wear on the inside because of the alignment. My dealership had told me that the alignment was off a little bit, but was still considered "within spec". Jim said the same thing, but was able to confirm that longer drives with heavier payloads was making the suspension ride too low, thus causing the abnormal wear on my tires. My dilemma was that we had one more long road trip planned this fall and my tires were trashed. I was already going to have to buy new snow tires, and now it looked like I was going to have to buy new summer tires and have them put on for just a few weeks. Buying 8 new tires all at once was going to be tough on the budget. Jim GAVE me 4 used tires to get me through until I could put my snows on, he fixed the alignment and put a wedge in my suspension springs. This kept the suspension from collapsing with added weight. The bill was less than $200. With 4 passengers and a bunch of camping gear, we drove to Grand Junction and back and the car rode perfectly. If that isn't enough, I know they work on vintage cars too, including a couple of classic Rolls Royces. The owner has always been pleased with the work done on them. I drove past this station thousands of times and always noticed how busy they are. Well now I know why; they are that good. Despite how busy they are, they always seem to get it done right and in a timely manner. Jim also does a great job of not over promising, and he is honest. If he tells you your car needs a part; it does. If he says it will be ready by close of business, it will be. I didn't think service like this could still be found.

I was buying a used car so for a very reasonable fee I had Jim check it for me and then do the work that was required. His price for the work I had done was about the lowest I found after checking a few shops, even as low by half of a couple of other shops' estimates. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and plan to continue to use this shop's services.
