One of the reasons that I keep returning to Conrad's for my automotive servicing needs is because I worked six years for them in the past and have seen their operation from the non-customer side, too.  The organization puts the customer first in everything they do and does quality work at a fair price.  My first experience with Conrad's was as a customer for tires before I worked for them.  Then I spent six years delivering their parts at many of their stores and observing their customer treatment.  Because of that I am still a customer because I believe in the phrase "Good work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good."  If Conrad's doesn't have the lowest cost estimate for a given job, rest assured that the parts installed will be of superior quality and the job will be done right.

Gosh, I made an APPOINTMENT to get my tire repaired.  I'm sitting here OVER AN HOUR and my car is still sitting in the lot, untouched.  Store closes in 10 minutes.  I think I'm wasting my time.  Can you define APPOINTMENT???  Maybe if I were young and pretty, like the girl sitting here with me and getting minute by minute updates on her cars progress, I would get better service.  These are tires I purchased at this store.  They have an obligation to provide maintenance to the tire per the sales contract.

While the service people were great, friendly and helpful, I found the front of the office was horrible at time management. After promising me that my car would be looked at in time for me to make my other commitment for the day, it definitely was not. I even received an update on their progress, which I had to call to get, and it was also inaccurate. I was an hour late to where I had to be, after they had my car for almost 2.5 hours for a simple system diagnostic. To top it all off, the guy working the front desk tried to get me to pay for their services without telling me what was wrong with my car. I had to press to have the manager to come out and explain to me what they found  before I paid for the diagnostic. I ended up taking my car to another Conrads location to have the repair.

Good service, although a bit overboard with these reviews.  I'd rather review after the work has been done.
