Ordered a bouquet of flowers through their website to be delivered to a residence. They arrived half dead on arrival. The coloring was supposed to be a baby blue and peach but came as dark blue and yellow. Basically looked like it was picked off the neighbor's lawn. Catfished by flowers. But it's the thought that counts right?

Use at your own risk and your own expense. My husband sent me flowers that should have arrived on Valentine's Day, yesterday. Never received the flowers even though he received an email that they were delivered. Today, someone contacted my husband and said the flowers would be delivered today. I finally got them at about 3:30pm, no water in the vase and the flowers were obliviously not fresh. As I feared, they looked like they had been in a delivery truck for a few days, without water. I called to see if they would pick up the flowers and give a refund, nope. The clerk could not have cared less about our situation. She was rude and indifferent and hung up on me. Never again will I use this shop or 1800Flowers again. Waste of time and money!

Don't bother, they can't seem to be able to make deliverys on time. Had to cancel my order they didn't show up. 1 good thing they called me to let me know they couldn't make it. The delivery was only 1/2 mile away. Update 8 days later still no refund, now they say it will take another 5 business days. Very poor customer service, I had to call them back about my credit

I bought flowers for mom's birthday . I wanted purple and white orchids, and a lot of roses . It was everything that i wanted and more . Plus , my mom loved them ! I will defintely be back . thank you so much !!

The huge teddy bear made me enter the store. The sales person was really nice, and their flowers were fresh too. I do not know much about the flowers, so the sales person helped me after hearing my budget. I was very satisfied with their service and flowers!! I also grabbed a lion plush for my niece, which she loved as well. I will definitely go back when I need flowers!
