I was looking for a simple, nice and bright arrangement for my friend. I happen to come across this place online close to my friend's house. Their website was very easy to use and ordering was quite simple.  The arrangement I picked came out beautiful. Thank you for your service. It was fantastic!

Convoys is the best. I’ve always used them in the past and they’ve always delivered on service, quality, and price. The flowers I ordered looked better than the picture online and my girlfriend was very happy with them. Thanks Conroys. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Never again will I order with this location. I ordered my mother flowers for Valentine's Day aka today at 9 am and the flowers still haven't shown up - it's 9:20 pm right now as I type this review waiting in front of her office. Worst experience ever. I paid for same day delivery, but if you're not gonna honor your same day delivery policy then why advertise? I had to drive to the my moms office twice to check if the flowers were delivered after business hours. Accordingly to their staff, they still deliver even after the flower shop closes at 8 pm. And on top of that, their staff said they will most likely leave the flowers out in front over night after delivery even when no one answers. I drove to the address I gave for delivery twice, and NO FLOWERS to be seen. 

I called 3 times, and one staff said they'll send a message to dispatch. Ok THEN WHAT? Tossing problems around is not a solution. There's no way I could track the flowers from this location. I went on the their main website and put in order number and zip code, and the website was unable to obtain my information. 

If I wanted to deliver the flowers on my own, I wouldn't bother to use this company's service. Terrible service.

I called and was hung up on the first time.  The second time the person said someone would call back and take care of it.  Two of the rose stems were broken near the flower.  The bouquet was poorly wrapped.  It’s 5:27 on Valentine’s day and no response even though we are just a few blocks from the Irvine store.  This will be my last purchase from Conroys. 

Previous experience
Conroys tried to bribe me to post a positive review by refunding the delivery charge.  I would be happy of they just got their computer system to remember me the next time I call so I don't have to go through the steps of giving all the information while I am driving.

I NEVER write reviews but I am so frustrated with this florist.  I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered on Tuesday the 13th.  Today is the 15th and they have not been delivered - yet of course I was charged. I tried to be patient knowing it was Valentines Day (though that is not the occasion I was sending flowers for) but I called the florist SIX TIMES over the last two days in an attempt to resolve the issue and each time I was told by an outside answering service (apparently you cannot reach the shop directly) that I would be called back.  I'm still waiting for the call.  Also, the answering service cannot confirm whether a delivery was ever attempted, cannot cancel an order and cannot issue refunds.
