Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast saves land, forever. As a nationally accredited nonprofit land trust, Conservation Foundation works with landowners, businesses, and government to protect the character, natural integrity and biodiversity of the bays, beaches, barrier islands and watersheds of Florida's Gulf Coast. The Foundation purchases natural areas, holds conservation agreements, and educates for responsible land stewardship. Since 2003, the Foundation has protected nearly 9,725 acres on 34 properties in Sarasota, Manatee and Lee Counties.
