I can't say enough good things about the law firm of Console and Hollawell. I am so very thankful that I found them!  I was seriously injured in a car accident several years ago, and I have been working closely ever since then with attorney Mike Ellery and paralegal Lorraine Milligan in order to prepare my case and get it settled. Medical Transportation personnel dropped my mother in our house after transport from a hospital - in a NON-EMERGENCY situation. She has not been able to walk since. MyInjuryAttorney refused the case due to their lack of understanding of a NJ statute that protects EMT's only in an emergency situation and when "rendering of basic life support services, pre-hospital care, or intermediate life support services in good faith and in accordance with this act." None of that is applicable to my mother's situation. Look for a lawyer that actually understands the laws in NJ.

From the first consultation to the final settlement. I received outstanding and professional legal services. From the support staff to the legal team , they were all tremendous.  I would certainly use this firm again and I highly recommend them. They were able to settle my case in a short time without dragging it out years.  I didn't have to go though the aggravation of depositions and missing work. Thanks to Mike Ellery, Lorraine Milligan  and Christine Porter and staff they had my back.

Mike and Lorraine were wonderful. They kept us informed every step of the way and we were very happy with the outcome. I hope we never need to use them again because the accident was horrible but if god forbid we do we would use them again. They fight for you every step of the way!!! Very professional friendly staff...thanks so much!!!!

I really admired how compassionate, dedicated, and driven their team was when handling my case. Dealing with an injury isn’t easy and without Console and Hollawell’s help, I don’t think I would have been able to bounce back.
