HORRIBLE... NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE...SYSTEMS ARE ALWAYS DOWN....SO THEY SAY...OVER CROWDED WAITING AREA....NOT A WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE....YOU WAIT IN A TERRIBLE WAITING AREA FOR HOURS....AND I MEAN HOURS....I WAS THERE AT 7 AM UNTIL ALMOST 4 PM......TAKES FOREVER TO DO YOUR BUSINESS. DISGRACEFUL.....THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO SERVICE THESE POOR PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.....SHAMEFUL...... I GAVE IT ONE STAR......ONLY BECAUSE THAT IS HOW YOU ARE ABLE TO POST YOUR REMARKS....AS A SOCIAL WORKER I AM OFFENDED BY THIS TREATMENT......THEY NEED TO REVIEW THEIR OFFICE AND MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES AND HELP THESE PEOPLE.......

Este lugar da verguenza. Es el tamaño de una Caja de zapato. I can't believe they really expect to fit over 100 people in this small room. They say they open at 8. The agents come at 8:30. Unbelievable. Never again. Mejor vayan al de Brentwood.

HORRIBLE!! Never answer the phone or their email, is almost 2017!!! how this can be a governmental institution!

I rate it 3 stars because I was able to start my errand online and someone got back to me via email quickly. But once at the Consulate General office, midtown, chaos overtakes the order and simplicity that was the online portion of my application. The office is small and the people are many. There seems to be a good amount of staff workers, but the experience isn't as fast as it could be. Thank you though for trying your best I guess, I won't hate.

They constantly say that their system is down. They keep calling the same people over and over even when they are told that the person has left. They only get two starts for their manners.
