On Google it demonstrates that the embassy is open on Saturdays. There's many people outside awaiting to enter and no answer from these people.

It was fast, make sure you get your money order and take the right documentation. The staff was friendly and efficient.

This place is the worse place to conduct services. 1- you have to make an appointment and make sure thats the correct appointment because if you are coming for a passport renewal and make a passport for a birth certificate.. you are &@$$ because they will not help you. You will need to make another appointment. So they give you an appointment but still make you wait in line to get in order to check in and take your money order..(no cash or check or credit card) make sure you you money order for the correct amount. If you buy it onsite the charger besided on the money needed and they charger extra for credit card. The ladies that we have spoken to are rude and with attitude. They think you are below them. Once they take your money, now you have to wait for your number to be called. And the worse part for me is the fact that they conduct business thru a window were everyone is listening to your business and you hear everyone's busy over the P.A. NO PRIVACY.... not even the USA IMMIGRATION department are this disorganized. People please get informed before coming.. its a wait of time. Be ready to spend 2-4 hours here... If i could give half a star i would but 1 is the lowest... WORSE WORSE customer service...

Worst customer service ever! They ask for birth certificate and when you have an original one it's EXPIRED. Never new it could expire and then they say they don't receive paper birth certificate only digital. To top it off they want you to call family member in Honduras and have them send a fax! But then again they don't accept paper! These ladies need to be replace! You don't see no other ethnic go through this! And I speak in behalf of a family member
