This place is a DUMP! My Father-in-law was brought there 6 days ago and he has probably seen a staff member 10 times during his stay! He needed medical care and help to move and use the bathroom! Waiting on a staff member to do something (anything) to help always took too long! (30-45 minutes) they don’t care about the patients and definitely do NOT attend to their individual needs. He had to be sent back to the Hospital because of the lack of care!! This place shouldn’t even be in business! This rehab needs a rehab!!! Families beware! If you love your family member do yourself and them a favor and DO NOT bring them here! You might as well have given up on them if you do!

****B E W A R E*****This place is a train wreck. The staff is trained to forge medical records and report the patient is non compliant by offering them a hand. They'll tell the patient it's OK to rest if they want, not telling them if they do, it will be reported that needed to rest and couldn't continue which prolongs their stay and pads the pocket of these hucksters. My mom sat on a bed pan for 55 minutes because no one answered the call. There is zero dignity for the patients.The food is absolute pig swill that I wouldn't feed my dog. Looks like I'll need to lawyer up and get my mother out of this hell hole. Definitely DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES BE REHABBED HERE!!!!! After reading some of the positive feedback, you have to know it's the staff writing it, because no one i know would to spend a minute in this place.

My dad was admitted in December for 20 days and January for 12 days. The care he received was outstanding. From admission to the nurse's to the cna ,pt,ot Even  housekeeping and maintenance. I am still amazed of the care my dad received while he was there.Thank you for all to did for my dad and helping my family through this difficult time

My Dad spent the last 5 months of his life at Consulate. His declining health was the only reason for his poor quality of life. 
  I have read many of these negative reviews and call "BULLSHIT".  The staff was Professional and treated my 98 year old Dad with as best as I can explain LOVE! From the Nurses to the Cleaning Staff you can expect no more than they gave.
  As I entered the building, the day Dad passed, I was greeted by a member of the cleaning staff with a heart felt hug. You can't buy this type of caring without it coming from the heart.
   When my time comes I hope to find a place with that much Professionalism and Integrity.

I am awaiting a bed at a facility and was told may be consulate however after reading some of these reviews I am concerned about a few things
1. Do you really have roaches?
2. Do you really have lice?
3. Are you understaffed?

I am blind so do t ask me to call or email you because I have already called the place and got the run around. Just please leave a honest answer. Thank you.
