They no longer accept walk-ins. Everything must be done with an appointment. They gave me the phone # to call to make an appointment and once you get through all the prompts, it disconnects. (good luck in making an appointment) The staff is very rude and think they are superior to you. Not a friendly atmosphere at all.

I had a very good experience. You will get treated the way you treat others. Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. I was in and out quick without any hiccups....lol

I guess the employees here are making us a favor, that’s why they feel they have the right to treat us like 💩. I’m pretty sure I paid for my passport, you didn’t give it to me for free, what makes you feel better than me? We definitely need new employees here that wants to help our 🇲🇽 community.

The information employee was short of been rude and not knowledgeable of the services the Mexican Consulate provides. I was born in Mexico and been proud of the representation and services the Mexican Consulate render in other cities of the USA. I truly regret that the mexican Consuate in Las Vegas Nevada is giving people this first impression.

Horrible customer service. The worse help ever. You will leave disappointed. The stupid lady at the front desk is a complete moron, usefless, and very unprofessional. It's sad to see the poor customer service and lack of help in a place where many go to get help and understating on the laws for immigration. Instead they get disrespected treated horribly.
