Driving through the parking lot is like visiting Disneyland's  Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.  Homogeneous group of folks who primarily should have had their license revoked.  Be careful and park as furthest away from stores as possible.

Yes, the parking lot is often congested you have to drive carefully there. Good selection of stores and a few restaurants. Quieter at night we've found.

Too much traffic, l came in  at 5:00 and left, then returned 45 minutes later and found a parking space. The problem is that most stores are closed at that time.  It is also well known as the most dangerous place to drive in east of California. The biggest problem is that MacDonalds should not be located in that congested area.  It is an example of very poor planning.  Stay away from this area if you can.  Be very careful if you have to go here.

Shopped at Safeway and got in and out quickly. No problem finding parking.

I've never had an issue with any of the shops in this Plaza. The downside is the large number of old people who are not very high functioning, and so they impede what should be a speedy checkout. (I'm referring more to Safeway than other stores.)
