My wife bought us Groupons and I'm very happy that she did.  We've only been going for a little over a month and already I can see significant improvements in my strength and endurance.

Alyssa and Larry awesome coaches, and they've done a great job creating a community that gives back.  They've hosted fundraisers for Autism and Breast Cancer which is pretty cool.

After our Groupon ran out, we signed up as members and have been very pleased with our decision.

Give them a try!

I tried this place based off of a Groupon offering and was hooked. The classes are challenging but you feel it boy do you feel it! After a few weeks the soreness went away and I can notice a big difference in strength ability. After the Groupon, I decided this was the place to join.
